Grand Finale
At the end of both days at approximately 9:45 and lasting from around 15 to 20 minutes, the show ends with a spectacular musical and pyrotechnic display which,even to this day, is still amazing in its brilliance. approximately
The Grand Arena Finale, featuring a marching display by the massed bands of the Royal Artillery and the Corps of Royal Engineers, a performance of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture – complete with fireworks, followed by a ‘Last Night of the Proms’ Finale, for which the bands are joined by the Male Voice Choirs.
The evening is then brought to a conclusion by a spectacular fireworks display.
The firework display starts at around 9:45 pm and lasts for approximately 15 to 20 minutes
